For a long time (approximately 15 years) I suffered from frequently developing herpetic stomatitis which began from simple cold on lips (which as is known suffer almost all). Cold sores in a mouth began to disturb even more often and more painfully (apparently in process of reduction in immunity with years). Nothing could help me! Aggravations arose monthly and lasted for a month.
The most terrible is to receive such illness from the close person who then will throw you away and to remain in with illness on your own.
I have felt burning for some days. A doctor has addressed me to the herpetologist. I’ve left a heap of money in anti-herpes center for receipes of doctor, analyses and medicines and anything to me has not helped, only has cured a clamidiosis. Then I have decided to try self-treatment. I knew, that this was immune disease and, hence, it was necessary for me to raise immunity. I began to be poured by water on Ivanov’s method and to accept liquid vitamins (I paid for them) during an aggravation in the spring and in the autumn. For 1,5 years I daily (2 times day are more effective) poured by cold water, and my monthly aggravations HAVE STOPPED. I did not lead up the disease up to herpetic sores. As soon as I felt an aggravation, I undertook measures of preventive maintenance accessible to me (these are douches, vitamins and a vegetable diet).
I have excluded from a diet sweet and flour. Most effectively was to become the vegetarian and to engage cold water bathing. But for me it was hard (for an active way of life calories are necessary, and for cold water bathing you need much time and the reservoir near your house is necessary, but vegetables and fruit daily I can allow myself.
So, I could not hold on this lifestyle for a long time. That’s why I decided to try what my friend advices me for herpes treatment: Zovirax without any hope on improvement. But it helped! It really works!
